Calcium Fluoride lenses for the vacuum ultra-violet
Line imaging
There Calcium Fluoride positive cylindrical lenses are suitable for line imaging at vacuum ultra-violet wavelengths. They are ideal for use with excimer lasers. Anti-reflection coatings are available as listed earlier in this section. To order an anti-reflection coated lens simply append the wavelength in nanometers to the product number.
